Our Barista Training

 

At Café Express Ltd we offer barista training to all our customers to ensure your staff and business serve the best quality coffee. Our training gives our customers the artistry, skills and experience they need to be a barista and produce quality coffee every time. We run training days in our office in Ballybane, or at customer venues. The training day would involve the following:

To understand coffee, it's origins, the different blends and roasting

Best practices in using, maintaining and cleaning the coffee equipment

To understand the production of the perfect crema and extraction

To understand the differences between steaming milk and foaming milk
